The caller will verify all bingo wins prior to confirming a valid bingo.Īt all times, in all capacity, the Bingo Host must provide quality guest service actively engage with guests and proactively communicate information regarding the bingo program, pricing, timing, facility, equipment, etc. Paymaster Clerk: Processing all bingo/pull tab wins and payouts, issuing front line banks (admissions/floor sales/pull tabs) and conducting drops.īingo Caller: Announcing all bingo numbers and directing the flow of games during the assigned bingo session. Bingo hosts will ensure that all sales take place according to established company protocol. The bingo host will be responsible to ensure sufficient quantities of bingo packages and novelty items are prepared to meet operational needs.Īdmissions/Floor Sales Clerk: Responsible for all bingo sales including bingo paper ( single cards and packages), electronic machines and novelty items. Inventory Clerk: Compiling and maintaining the bingo packages. The Bingo Host’s duties include, but are not limited to: The Bingo Host will report directly to and be assigned other duties from the Shift Manager/ Director of Gaming Operations.

Candidates for this role must have a strong passion for customer service, possess an upbeat and positive attitude, have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

In each role, the Bingo Host has the responsibility of creating a fun and entertaining environment for all guests. The Bingo Host will be responsible for fulfilling all four key roles in the bingo department (1) Inventory Clerk, (2) Admissions/Floor Sales Clerk, (3) Paymaster Clerk, (4) Bingo Caller.
